What to bring

 

Please wear loose and comfortable clothes that enable you to move easily. Some people like to move with bare feet but if you'd prefer to wear socks, make sure they are nice and grippy!

 

Bring a cushion if you can, and something for your baby to lie on - a blanket or little mat is ideal.

 

Bring whatever you need for your baby - changing stuff (there's a changing mat at the venue), feeding stuff etc. If they're asleep when you arrive do bring your baby in in their car seat or pram but be aware that we have limited space in the room.

 

A bottle of water is helpful - then you can grab some whenever you need to - but there's water available in the class too.

 

Occasionally we will use other equipment such as scarves or birth/exercise balls. I have yoga belts and birth balls available for those who attend to use - I will let you know if there's anything else special you need to bring with you.
