What to bring

 

Please wear loose and comfortable clothes that enable you to move easily. Some people like to move with bare feet but if you'd prefer to wear socks, make sure they are nice and grippy!

 

Bring a pillow or cushion (or two) and a blanket or throw to keep you warm during the relaxation.

 

A bottle of water is helpful - then you can grab some whenever you need to - but there's water available in the class too.

 

If you have a yoga mat that you particularly like to use, please bring it - I have lots of spare ones, so there is no need to buy if you don't already own one.

 

Occasionally we will use other equipment such as scarves or birth/exercise balls. I have yoga belts and birth balls available for those who attend to use - I will let you know if there's anything else special you need to bring with you.
